The story follows Teppei, a caretaker of a farm located in Kamui Island.
He visits his genius brother who studies robotics in Germany only to
see him get abducted by a group of half human half machine beings. Using
a powerful weapon he calls the Meisei Fist, he attempts to hunt them
down and rescue his brother.
